Rick Allmon came to Georgia from Missouri pursuing work and discovered his soul mate in Nancy! Rick built the beautiful home that they share with their rescue pack in the middle of the pecan orchard on the land where Nancy was raised by her parents and grandparents.
Nancy’s grandfather was forever bringing home strays and Nancy grew up surrounded by animals in need, making it a way of life for her. Rick and Nancy discovered their common love of animals and the need for rescue in their corner of Georgia and began Allmon’s All About Animals. They joined forces with Animal Aid USA and after a few years of this partnership, “Allmon’s Camp Animal Aid” was officially born in 2016.
Their dedication to saving animals is well known throughout their community. When not at home caring for the animals or participating in their church, Nancy works in the medical field and Rick stays busy with carpentry and mechanical work. Antique trucks and cars are his hobbies along with antique furniture and collectibles.
