As a full time working mom/grandmother, Diane has always had animals in her home; dogs, cats, rabbits and whatever else the neighbors or kids brought in. She began fostering for a receiving AAUSA rescue several years ago. Her first fosters were two little scruffy puppies. She quickly moved into taking on momma dogs with large newborn litters. With the help of her girls, it’s always a rewarding experience. When Diane made her first trip with Karen Lassaso to Georgia she was in total amazement of the work being done. She was hooked! Diane makes the journey several times a year and continues to foster with local rescues. Her family currently has four dogs of their own- two are AAUSA dogs. All are rescues.
