Steph has always had a love for dogs and learned how important it was to adopt a dog from
growing up with rescue dogs. As Steph got older, she always wanted to volunteer to help take
care of animals, show them the love they deserve and share her passion with others on the
importance of rescuing and adopting.
Steph was introduced to Animal Aid USA through her manager and friend, Sarah Sacco, another
volunteer member. Steph went on her first caravan to Georgia in November of 2018, where the
25,000th dog was rescued, and it was the 100th trip for Animal Aid. Steph's first trip was a life-
changing experience, one she will never forget. She was instantly hooked and has since traveled
a few times with the volunteers and helps with the arrivals in New Jersey and events. She plans
on going on many more trips.
Steph graduated from Holy Family University with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and
is a Social Media Associate for a creative brand technology company in Marlton and works as a
key holder at a uniform store in Cherry Hill on the weekends. Steph lives in New Jersey with her
Mom, Dad, two brothers, and a dog named Samson, a pit bull/cane corso mix. In her free time,
she enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, watching reruns of Friends and Criminal
Minds, and going out for sushi.
