Jeane Stein

Jeane lives in South Jersey where she worked in the pet care industry for 20 + years. Her family fosters for local Animal Aid rescue partners. She began traveling to Georgia in 2021. Jeane’s first rescue trip was in 2005 to New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina where she helped the thousands of displaced animals left to fend for themselves. This was a life changing experience. The most touching part of rescue for Jeane is experiencing the transformation of scared, unwanted dogs into confident family members. Jeane is happy to be a piece of the puzzle in Animal Aid’s mission.
